Richard Gere is back in the lime light with his new movie called “The Hoax”. Credited with commendable performances in movies such as “Unfaithful”, “Shall we dance”, “Chicago”, “Pretty Woman”, “Runaway Bride”, “Autumn in New York”, “An Officer And A Gentleman”….. This time he is set to the abuzz the cinemagoers with a movie based on a real life drama adaptation.

Gere plays the real life conman in “The Hoax” called Clifford Irving who praises, promotes and sells his biography of the withdrawn billionaire Howard Hughes to a publishing house, saying that it was based on in-person interviews with the man himself. All this was really counterfeit and it only implied for a phony trick played by Irving.
