i'm new to getting skins and all that. i downloaded a new log-in skin for windows XP. how do i set it as my log-in screen?

There are two ways, there is the easy way, or the hard way. I prefer the easy way which is getting a program to download which will help you install it. Another way is to modify the registry but I don't Recomend that.
