How do I get the skin to work once i download it?

Well, as far as I know, there are a few ways to make the Skin's work. One way is to right click on your desktop, and select properties. In the themes tab, click on the drop down below and select browse, then chose your location of the theme. Another way is to use a third party program to apply the theme. Many themes require you to use a third party program.
