I am new to the whole application skinning process, and require some assistance.

I have some software which i need to update, the application uses a skin for the main form, but i have been unable to find the program which created the skin, and have no way of contacting the origional creator! the skin has a .lyt extension, which leads me to SignWizard - a sign creation application.

Does anyone know if there is a piece of software which can edit these .lyt files, or recommend a new program i can use to create GUI's for applications.

The application using the .lyt does not have a default interface, so the skin is required.
