Default Litestep Question

I'm really wanting a translucent (see-through) graphic on my litestep, but I can't find any tutorials on alpha mapping. grdTransparent doesn't seem to work on shortcuts2.dll, so I don't really know what else to do. Anyone know of a good tutorial or some way to make my shortcuts translucent? If you could help me out, that would be great. Thanks in advance!

I'd like to thank everyone for your help, but I went ahead and figured it out on my own. I just used xLabel.
