Is it possible, or is it okay to have animated 3d icons to create a desktop like
this one: .hack// desktop.

I want to create a desktop that once windows is loading up after being opened will have something that looks like the one in the link.

hmm. The only thing I know how to do is Active Desktop. That is a cool website thing though. Too bad I don't speak Japaneese.
