Film News: Company teams with Teitel, Tillman on surf film -- Participant Prods. is teaming with State Street Pictures producers Bob Teitel and George Tillman to develop "Bobby Martinez," a coming-of-age biopic about the Mexican-American surfer. Robert Munic ("Fighting") is set to write the screenplay.
