Film News: Director signs on to emigration drama -- Serbian director Goran Paskaljevic (“Cabaret Balkan”), one of the main jurors at Switzerland’s Locarno fest, will helm the first Serbian-Albanian co-production, emigration drama “Honeymoon.”
