Film News: Pic takes Golden Kinnaree for best film at fest -- The Columbian terrorist drama "PVC-1" by Spiros Stathoulopoulos won the Golden Kinnaree for best film at the Bangkok Intl Film Festival on Sunday night at the ceremony presided over by Princess Ubolratana.
