TV News: Kids network also announces dance series -- The Thursday morning Nickelodeon upfront at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York featured Amy Poehler, touting her new co-created cartoon "The Mighty B!," which is skedded for an April 1 launch and will include Andy Richter and SNL's Kenan Thompson (formerly of the Nick show "Kenan and Kel").
