TV News: Awards ceremony set take place on Feb. 2 -- HBO’s “Entourage” and “Extras,” NBC’s “The Office” and “30 Rock” and ABC’s “Ugly Betty” were nominated Wednesday for the Producers Guild’s top comedy honor.
