TV News: Giri named VP of regional channels -- News Corp.'s Star India has appointed J.C. Giri as executive VP and g.m. of regional channels, including the company's planned portfolio in Bengali, Gujarati and Marathi. He reports to Star India CEO Uday Shankar.
