TV News: Musician set for halftime show -- Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will perform the halftime show at Super Bowl XLII, to be held Feb. 3 at the U. of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. Fox made the announcement in its pregame show Sunday.
