TV News: Turkey will launch Kurdish channel

TV News: Language was banned in public until 2004 -- Turkey's state broadcaster, Turkish Radio and Television, has announced it will launch a Kurdish-language channel in 2009. The 24-hour channel will air programs in Arabic, Farsi and Zazaki, a Kurdish dialect.
