Shoulder injury forces Sharapova out of Olympics

Maria Sharapova is pulling out of the Beijing Olympics because of a shoulder injury. The three-time Grand Slam singles champion says on her Web site that medical tests taken Thursday show she has two small tears in her shoulder's tendons.
