So, I wanna make my secondary school site, and I am looking for site template.
Can you suggest some online catalog or other resource where I can find many site templates?

It would be better if it will be free
I think many of us have personal sites, do you design it yourself?

The best would be you use CMS like drupal, or wordpress or dotclear. Everything is ready to use them, just insert your datas. They also have a lot of templates, design, etc.. you can you and modify/personalize rather simply (they are mostly pure HTML code).
