What Spyware/ Adware protecters do you use?

There are lots on the market, which ones do you have installed to protect your computer? Dose it do a good job and if so do you pay for it?

Well. Im a Mac user. So I don't really get Spyware or Viruses. When I use windows though. I use Spysweeper because it works really good. Another thing that I like is Windows One Care because it is good and defends everything.
