You should tell him frankly about what you feel..
remember having a boyfriend doesnt mean to have someone to introduce but it's about having someone to share your secrets which includes the things you feel..
open it up to him and make him understand... then maybe he can change his ways of showing his love for you... and if ever he'll be confused.. just tell him to be on his own with a little advise from you.. then from then on... you might learn to love him back the way he wants you to reply with all those I LOVE YOU's...
