yeah..all seems like very good points. i think illegal downloading is evil...iTUnes is great cuz its so cheap and even if you only like one song on an album it'll only cost you a buck. small price to avoid being sued.

I don't think downloading is a bad thing as long as you have an original copy of what you're downloading. If that is so, then what you are doing is simply creating a back-up of your copy, but if you don't have an original copy of what you're downloading, then you're stealing...well, that's what I think anyways...
