Two Fellonys at 16

Okay so my brother was given some pills (hydros) from the docter. Which he turned around and gave to a kid in his class. Now they are charging him with being a drug trafficer and for distributing drugs on school grounds. He faces up to five years in prison and he's only 16.

Whats your opionion on the situation?

Oh... 5 years in prison is a bit too much I think..
Is there no other way to solve that prob?

Well we don't know yet, the court date hasn't been set. But still its not like he was doing it knowing it was a crime. Anyway this was a stupid topic, shouldn't of even brought it up.

That must be really scary and nothings wrong with you bringing it up. Drugs are no stranger to my town and some I know.

I don't think he should get 5 years, its not like he sold the drugs and he only gave it to one person. If I was a judge I would give him lots of commnty service and make him attend a seminar on how what he did wasn't a good idea. Anything more isn't right. I hope everything works out.
