I used to watch Inyuasha because this guy I knew liked it and got me to start watching it but they showed it too late at night for me to watch it for long. I have no problem with anime but its just that I'm not in to any type or cartoons or animation anymore. I like to watch things with real actors because its interesting to see how they portray their characters and the tough scenes they have to do.

For children?

Then what about shows such as Ghost in the Shell which has a very deep plot and storyline?

I am an Otaku myself, for those who don't know the meaning of the word it means I am very open and very addicted to anime. I own T-shirts, Movies, books, and more on the subject. Is it childish? Maybe. But no more so then someone who love Cars and does the same thing.

..Anime.
Around here, anime is not popular..at all.
In fact, your considered unpopular or nerdy is you show intrest in anime.
That's pretty low, isn't it? Yeah, people are pretty much all about sterotypes where I'm from
I don't have a problem for anime.
I think it's pretty cool, but, I just don't care for it.
My brother, likes it a great deal, reads books, draws, and watches television programs on it, and he's always explaining things to me. Sometimes, I'll draw with him or watch a show with him, and he'll like explain everything to me.
