Most of the times,I'm always a leader in our groupings in my classes..
and it causes me headache.... coz it's me who always have to take the process and results of the tasks.

Most of the time, I'm a leader
but other times a member...I sometimes turn down the responsibility when it comes to choosing a leader either because I'm tired or because I have so many other responsibilities to accomplish

Yeah, I'd have to say I'm a leader most the time.
Cuz if I try just to be a member.
And the leaders don't know what's going on.
Or if they have stupid ideas I'm like ughhh.
So even if not appointed as a leader I tend to take a leadership role in pretty much all my groups. | |

I'm leader most of the times. Unless I get too lazy to take responsibility for everything then I'll just be a member. | |
