Forum Rules
In order to make your stay as pleasant and constructive as possible please take your time to read through this document, it will help you navigate the pits and traps this community has created for new members. These rules can be changed without notice though normally we announce changes via announcement in all the forums.

• Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to "The Lounge", or simply be deleted.
  
• Be nice to each other and respect our forum staff.
  
• Profanity and insults will not be tolerated.
  
• If you have a problem with another member turn to the respective moderator and if the moderator can't help you send a private message to our administrator AllTopix.
  
• Do not spam or advertise any sites or services in any of our forum sections or via personal message or email.
  
• If you want to share your website with our members use the website profile field. Websites should not be posted in signatures or avatars. This is a message board not a advertising place.
  
• We do not allow any referral links such as outwar or get rich quickly links. Posting such links will get you banned instantly as posting such content is just annoying and a waste of time.
  
• No warez, cracks, serials or illegally obtained copyrighted content!
  
• Links to content of a questionable nature, asking for, offering, or asking for help/helping to process such content is not tolerated. Three warnings and you are out.
  
• When posting, don't post something so off topic that it has nothing to do with the topic at all. It's discourages members from replying.
  
• Keep the size and dimension of personal images down. Images breaking our forum layout will be removed and you will be warned. If you want to post a large image link to it.
  
• Signatures should not contain more than 3 lines of text. The maximum allowed signature dimension is 450 x 125 pixel (including images & text).
  
• Make sure your avatar and signature filesize is less than 60 KB in total.
  
• No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.
  
• Use a title that describes the content of your post.
  
• Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention.
  
• Don't post just to increase your number of posts. If you have nothing to say on a certain matter then don't post. The number of posts on this board has no direct relation to the experience of a member.
  
• Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.
  

Business Forum Rules

• Posting referral links is not allowed
• If selling a product or service, provide ALL details of the sale
• Let others know if your sale is an auction or fixed price sale and if there is a BIN
• If selling a domain or web site post your statistics
• All sales must include your full name / company name

As in real life, think twice before buying something from someone you don't know. If an offer sounds too good to be true it probably is. Use an escrow service if you have any doubts and don't use one the seller suggests as it's probably his own site and therefore unsafe.

AllTopix.com is not responsible for any sales made via our forums. Be sure to know your business partner before paying any money. If you believe Paypal, Western Union or other payment processors are safe - THINK TWICE, because nothing is safe.

We recommend all buyers to CALL sellers on a land line phone before doing any business. That way you have at least some details about your business partner. A one-to-one talk can help you to find out if it's a scam or not.

We have a very active moderation team and a lot of members who will remind you of the rules should you not stick to them, be it for not having read them properly or for simply not caring.

As in real life, there must be some measures put into place for people who keep infringing these rules, in real life it's the penal code, here it is post moderation or a permanent ban from our forums and chat.
