Yeah...is it just like liking or disliking someones post? It's confusing.

I think it's when u like someone's post then u're gonna click it for her/his "reputation".
'coz in the other forum I was before.. when u like someone's post.. or it's really helpful then u can click that "reputation" button which is the "karma" here i think.. and after clicking that,her/his reputation would show the number on how many clicked that thingy. most of all.. in the bottom part of the forum, below the bday alert list,there's a line there "Our most respected user is (name of the member)"

I think you're fully right, as when you click (by chance) on jinalyn's karma button, the next page is named reputation.php !
So, it's a way to have a good karma and a way to saw if someone is trustable/serious/add any quality here ending with able

I've not yet a good karma here, but I'm a saint : ():-)
