Gardener killed by electric mole killer

A 63-YEAR-OLD retired German construction foreman who wired up a high-voltage cable to metal spikes to try to wipe out the moles in his garden killed himself instead, police said yesterday. "The moles survived," said spokesman Uwe Werner.
