Seven-year-old girl shot dead in "perfect crime"

LONDON (Reuters) - A seven-year-old girl was shot in the back at close range so she could be "excluded" as a witness to the murder of a drug dealer she knew as her father, a court heard on Wednesday.

Prosecutors described the attack as coming close...
