Front Page: 'Rock N Roll Jesus' tops music charts -- Detroit rapper Kid Rock scored the first No. 1 of his career, selling 172,000 copies of his "Rock N Roll Jesus" (Atlantic) in the week ended Sunday, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
