Shout it from rooftops: city film to open festival

A FILM shot in the Capital is to open this year's Edinburgh International Film Festival, it was revealed today. The UK premiere of Hallam Foe, starring Billy Elliot actor Jamie Bell, will set the standard for the 61st film festival in the city.
