Aha! Finally we have found a planet that can sustin life...or have we?

Gliese(some number) is roughly 22 million lightyears away and is in the 'Goldy locks' zone, a zone which is at the right temperature (0-40 degrees) to contain liquid H2O. It is also 1.5 times the mass of Earth which is good news for us as gravitational field strength will not be a hindering factor against the potential of life on the planet.

So what does everyone think? Have we possibly found life? Intelligent or otherwise? And if not...will we ever?

Sounds very good just a bit far away. Maybe we should leave all idiots here with bush (so he can own the world) and move to that new planet

Think again... Our planet is a mess cause all the stuff people did, so I'd prefer to leave the idiots here and start again on the new planet lol

hmm well this planet could possibly support life but I'd be willing to bet, if any, the life on there would be microbes, bacteria viruses, and maybe...just maybe simple plant life.

But if it did have life as intelligent as us (sounds big headed ) then imagine the repercussions! I mean religion for example, imagine how Christians/muslims/jews...etc would explain the occurence of lifeforms when we are supposed to be the special ones, specially crafted by God and put here on earth....I wonder....

We could be immuine to diseases there and there could be other crazy weird thigns there. I also think that gravity is different there so it would be hard to walk first but you would eventually get stronger.
