Billions of electronic-eating 'crazy rasberry ants' invade Texas

The news I read said they eat fire ants. So I welcome them!

someone in the comments section of the link i posted suggested putting them into landfills, which i think is a damn fine idea! my husband is now wary of buying anything from ebay that originates in texas though. lol

I'm split on that. Would be good for getting rid of waste, but aren't we just asking for a population explosion? I don't think they would stay confined to a landfill.

yeah they aren't so containable at the moment, and i also read that regular over the counter bug sprays don't work on them. it's kinda scary actually.

god can you imagine if they eat some nuclear waste and then get huge? >.< steven baldwin would have to come in and save the day.

yes i watch too many bad scifi channel movies.
