A complaint has been filed against actor Kunal Khemu by producer Ravi Agarwal asking the actor to return his money.It's learnt that Kunal was supposed to do a film with the producer but demanded a leading director and a well known set-designer. Since, the budget of the film was not too high, the producers couldn't afford that and it made Kunal dilly dally the project according to the producer......
